Great food and Friendly service but lacks cleanliness and smells like a damp old washrag.

Had not been to Chili's in over 15 years so decided to try it again. 1) almost everything is hot-spicy or comes seasoned (with what who knows exactly even when asking about ingredients); Chili's has eliminated some of the wonderful things on their old menu and not everyone wants hot spices all the time but with this menu, well good luck in picking out something that's not. Even the salads are all spicy. 2) Our order was messed up 3 times and one person at our table had to wait for about 15 mins for their (correct) meal while the others were eating theirs ( the manager did compensate that person ). 3) They now have credit card /menu stationary pc's on the table - nice and dirty from everyone's fingertips, for the customer to use - this is to eliminate the server ?? guess this comes in handy when servers are very busy but at least provide some darn wipes !! 4) Employees were all polite. 5) Hamburger is about 1/2 the size it used to be.- Other dishes at our table were good portions.

Quick service, friendly waitress and clean facility. No lunch specials noted. Overall typical, basic food options but good for a hearty meal quick. Prices are a tad higher then I enjoy but not surprising for a chain restaurant.

This Chili's restaurant is not any good. I have been going to Chili's for many years with much satisfaction. I asked the waitress for the ritas they usually have for happy hour. She said oh the Presidente margarita will give you more alcohol for your money. I had no idea there was brandy in this margarita. "Nasty"!!!! I ordered the fajitas they have always been cooked the same for years. They put some orange looking sauce in the meat and onions???? I will never go back to another Chili's. They are trying to hard to change what was working for them before. Don't go or you will be disappointed!

One my least favorite Chili's to eat at in Hernando area. Chips and salsa are usually stale. Customer service is average. Would rather go to Applebee's.

Hadn't been to Chili's in a bit but went there recently with my brother for lunch. The servers were friendly and helpful and the food came out very quickly and was good! Check it out!!

I have never had a great experience at this location. I have been a few times over the last few months and won't be back ever again. I rather drive to port richey where the staff is properly trained to handle more than one guest. Host doesn't even look at you when you walk in and stares at her wait list for 5 mins before even says hello to you. When seated in the bar on one visit the server didn't even greet me for 5 mins then left me hanging for another 10 til I decided to go next door to Codys instead. On my next visit in the bar area with my family there was a very loud child being pinched by his mother making him scream when my mom very politely asked them to stop the cussed us out and called me a fat pig (I am pregnant) when I got loud with him back the manager told me I had to leave without even assessing the situation. All of the other guests and bartender on staff were highly irritated by this family yet when a I was standing up for myself yelling that I was pregnant I got asked to leave. I have never been treated so poorly by management in my life. After I left my family explained what happened and she apologized to them but never stepped right out front where I was standing waiting for my dinner to be boxed up and apologize to me and invite me back in. The only one that is professional in that place is Lori the bartender that also works at Codys. My family were regular patrons there every Friday but now our business goes to Codys since they have better food service and manners!

Went here tonight and had great service! Our waitress was very attentive and we never had to ask for anything, which I appreciate. All of our food came out steaming hot which seems rare these days. My daughter got fresh pineapple with her meal, and it was ripe and in season. Our fajitas were good. Not great, but this isn't a restaurant I would expect amazing fajitas from. I love their pay at the table option! So impressed by that, and let's face it. With a 17 month old, when they say it's time to go-there's ok waiting on a check!

We have been to Chilis quite often. I have had surgeries and been on crutches, this time I am in wheelchair due to amputation. Chilis is one of the places we are still able to go to. Many places I have found are very difficult to get through the aisles between booths and tables. I am not able to make my way into the restrooms. It is suppose to be handicap accessible but the restrooms are way to small for the wheelchairs to get in properly. I am happy to say, other than the very heavy doors I encounter at most all restaurants, Chilis restroom is accessible and the handicap stall should be about 2 feet larger. I can get in but if someone is large and in a large wheelchair they would not make it in and if they did they would not have privacy. Chilis.... we will be back :D thank you for taking good care of me when we come in to eat :D

We normally like Chilis but our recent visit was just about as bad as it could possibly get with both service and food quality. We usually go to Chili's to get their Presidential Margarita and it is normally one of the best around. We went this time with a coupon offer that included a Margarita and for $1 more we could upgrade to the Presidential. They were horrible and obviously NOT the Presidential that we always get so we felt scammed. The service and food was horrible too. We were served our appetizers without silverware and couldn't get anyone's attention to get them for us. The appetizer of fries with cheese was delivered with cheese so cold that it was like plastic. I ordered ribs which were dry dry dry!!! My friend's burger was very over cooked even though she ordered it medium rare. My other friend asked the waitress if the chicken with green chile sauce was spicy hot, the waitress told her it was not and it was extremely spicy. Then it took 45 minutes after we finished eating to get the check and get the waitress to take our money. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to this Chilis ever.

I've never had a bad experience here. It's a typical Chili's chain. The restaurant is Always clean. The servers are always nice and pleasant. The place does get busy in the evenings. The food and portions are always on point, never cold or wrong. Gotta love those Margis as well!

Went and was extremely disappointed with service and quality of food. Ordered queso dip, but it was mostly hormel chili and lacking on any cheesy taste. Then ordered trio fajitas with stale tortilla wrapper. Only to forget to bring more to replace them. I hate cold leftovers at home. I will not return!

Love this place...happy hour all day everyday. Get the house salad...For only about 4$ it is huge! We probably come here to much lol. Very nice on the inside with a cute lounge or bar area and always friendly service.
